Strong interest in sales, marketing, and student engagement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with targets and performance-based goals
Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and reporting
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential students for Talent Elevate training programs
- Promote Talent Elevate’s courses and career opportunities to prospective students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interested candidates
- Meet monthly student acquisition and sales targets
- Conduct follow-ups and provide proper guidance to potential students
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales/activity reports
