Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting order from outlets (SR/SO)
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with existing distributors & customers.
∎ Assisting regional in-charge in development & execution of regional sales plan.
∎ Product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price & features.
∎ Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
∎ Capable to Achieve Sales Target.
∎ Must be prepared back-up plan for Dealer.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in own territory.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitors' activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Gathering market and customer information & SWOT/ROI analysis.
∎ Controlling of distribution, market stock & transport cost.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities accordingly.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Forecast consumer's demand and achieve Sales & Trade target.
∎ Monthly report submission in time.
∎ Maintain Stock daily, weekly, monthly.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill and must be maintain chain of command.
∎ Proper documentation knowledge.

∎ The incumbents should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Positive mental attitude to work in sales and marketing of Milk powder, Tea, Tasting salt, etc.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
