Additional Requirements:
∎ Winning mindset with a solution-oriented attitude.
∎ B.B.A/ M.B. A in Marketing from NSU, BUP, IBA(DU), BRAC, IUB, AIUB, EWU, ULAB.
∎ 1-5 years’ experience in business development/ marketing, preferable in the newspaper/ TV channel / electronic media / agency or related industry.
∎ Proven track record of working with NGOs, Development organizations, Embassies/ High Commissions, Diplomates, Civil Society Organizations, Universities etc. will get high preference.
∎ Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong understanding of business/ brand development and market dynamics.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Revenue generation through sponsorship management for organizing events like - roundtable discussions, seminars, talk shows, festivals, fairs & award shows
∎ Boost additional revenue generation through content marketing & sponsored publications
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities§ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential client
∎ Achieve and exceed achievable monthly targets
