∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy store with strong knowledge of medicines and healthcare products.
∎ Education: Minimum HSC or relevant
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers in selecting medicines and healthcare products based on prescriptions and requirements and guide dosage and usage.
∎ Driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, working towards achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
∎ Kept shelves stocked, clean, and organized while checking stock levels, restocking items, and managing expiry dates.
∎ Adhere to all pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines provided by DGDA to ensure the safe and legal sale of medications.
∎ Assist in implementing and promoting sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers in the Pharmacy.
∎ Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash or electronic payments. Maintained cash registers and reconciled sales transactions at the end of each shift.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive repeat business.
∎ Collaborated with colleagues, pharmacists, and other team members to create a cohesive and efficient work environment
