∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Driving skill with valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
∎ Conduct product presentations and test drives, explaining features, benefits, and financing options.
∎ Provide expert knowledge on car models, features, and specifications.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends in the automotive industry, including new car releases, technology, and market conditions.
∎ Assist with trade-in evaluations, sales documentation, and post-sale follow-ups.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
∎ Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
∎ We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Car Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Car Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
