GARI-IMPORT.com.bd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the overall showroom sales operations. The candidate will play a key leadership role in driving vehicle sales, managing the sales team, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly business targets.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Bangladesh reconditioned and brand-new car market, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build a high-performing sales culture. The role requires strategic planning, customer relationship management, team supervision, and strong knowledge of automotive products, financing, and market trends.
The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen the company’s market position, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly business goals.
Ensure the showroom achieves the team sales target of 40 vehicle sales per month.
Monitor individual sales performance and set KPI-based targets for team members.
Handle high-value customers and assist the sales team in closing deals effectively.
Train sales executives on vehicle specifications, customer handling, negotiation, financing, and sales techniques.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and ensure smooth communication throughout the buying process.
Oversee inquiries from Facebook, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and showroom visitors.
Ensure proper follow-up with potential customers and maintain CRM/customer database.
Coordinate with import, marketing, documentation, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Stay updated on Japanese and European car market trends, hybrid technology, auction grades, and vehicle specifications.
Assist customers regarding auto loans, exchange offers, warranty support, and after-sales services.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for business growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the sales department.
Sales Commission as per company policy.
