Responsibilities & Context:

GARI-IMPORT.com.bd is looking for energetic, smart, and career-focused individuals to join our team as Car Sales Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the automobile industry, where selling high-value products helps develop strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and sales skills.

Fresh graduates from BBA, EEE, and CSE disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates will receive a structured two-week training program covering vehicle knowledge, customer handling, communication, negotiation, CRM management, and sales techniques.

We are looking for ambitious individuals with a long-term career mindset who are eager to grow with the company and willing to work for a minimum of 3 years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Showroom, Facebook, Website, WhatsApp, Phone Call এবং অন্যান্য সোর্স থেকে আসা customer inquiries professionally handle করা।

  • Potential customers-এর সাথে নিয়মিত follow-up করে vehicle booking ও sales conversion নিশ্চিত করা।

  • Monthly individual sales target অর্জন করা।

  • Customers-কে vehicle specifications, features, auction grades, mileage, condition এবং pricing সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।

  • Vehicle test drive, showroom visit এবং customer presentation পরিচালনা করা।

  • Auto loan, exchange offer, warranty support এবং after-sales service সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সহায়তা করা।

  • Customer relationship বজায় রাখা এবং repeat/referral business তৈরি করা।

  • CRM software ও customer database নিয়মিত update রাখা।

  • Sales Manager-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী sales activities পরিচালনা করা।

  • Market trends, competitor activities এবং vehicle pricing সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা।

  • Vehicle delivery process-এ documentation ও coordination support প্রদান করা।

  • Company policies, professionalism এবং customer service standards অনুসরণ করা।
