∎ 2 to 3 years experience in similar position in a reputed organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Market Development, Good communication skills, Leadership and teamwork, Retail Sales and Marketing, Reporting and Documentation, Distribution Sales, Results Driven, Dealer Sales and Marketing.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office applications
∎ Expertise in Dealer Channel Sales.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to do teamwork & bring results.
∎ Willing to travel intensely as required.
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Strong presentation skills
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Must have to smartphone

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and Develop sales strategies at the area level to achieve Zone wise sales targets.
∎ Review Distributor's/Dealer's network, and strength for effective coverage & Sales Expansion.
∎ Manage the sales team for sales growth & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends and sharing findings/recommendations to Head of Sales for necessary improvements.
∎ Obtaining positive results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
∎ Lead and develop the Sales team on the Area level to drive business growth.
∎ Set operations strategies & propose plans to the management regarding market promotional activities.
∎ Build up and maintain relationships with all electricians and electrical contractors of assigned territory.
∎ Check and maintain Distributor Stock Management and replenish within time.
∎ Increase market share by setting up new dealers along with converting competition dealers.
∎ Prepare, analyze, and submit Sales reports in the prescribed format.
∎ Carrying out official order issued from time to time and Other operational works as per supervisor instructions (if needed).
