∎ • 6–10 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
∎ • Prior work experience must be in the food and beverage industry or on food-related brands/campaigns.
∎ • Strong background in using modern marketing platforms, including social media, influencer engagement, and automation tools.
∎ • Practical knowledge of AI-based marketing tools and analytics platforms is a must.
∎ • Excellent project management, creative thinking, and communication skills.
∎ • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, collaborate across departments, and deliver results under deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and customer behaviour.
∎ Lead the content creation process across all platforms — from campaign planning to production and distribution.
∎ Manage the full brand promotion lifecycle, including campaign ideation, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
∎ Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and content creators to boost engagement and build community.
∎ Oversee and manage digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website) ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
∎ Implement website marketing strategies including SEO, content updates, product highlights, and promotional activities.
∎ Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, Synthesia, Hootsuite) for content creation, campaign automation, and analytics.
∎ Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console to track and optimize performance.
∎ Maintain brand consistency in visual identity, voice, and customer communication across all touchpoints.
∎ Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, content creation, social media, AI, and the evolving F&B landscape.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, design) and external vendors for smooth campaign execution.
