Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate and manage all third-party food aggregators, ensuring proper listings, promotions, visibility, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Work closely with third-party aggregators to drive café sales, campaigns, discounts, and performance improvement.
Plan, manage, and ensure proper execution of the marketing calendar across digital, aggregator, and offline platforms.
Think creatively and contribute content ideas aligned with brand guidelines, promotions, and business objectives.
Execute marketing campaigns accurately and on time across social media, aggregators, and in-store channels.
Handle vendor development and vendor management, including coordination with creative, digital, printing, and promotional vendors.
Maintain effective internal and external communication with teams, agencies, aggregators, and vendors.
Support branding activities, product launches, and promotional initiatives as assigned.
