Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to significantly increase corporate and institutional sales revenue, in line with the company’s ambitious growth targets. Set clear objectives and tactics for corporate client acquisition and retention.

  • Diversified Channel Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across diversified channels—including corporate clients (large offices, banks, and financial institutions), affiliate resellers, hospitality partners (hotels, restaurants, and airlines), and other institutional buyers. This includes expanding into segments such as corporate gifting, event catering, and bulk supply arrangements.

  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value corporate and institutional clients. Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Product & Package Development: Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to design tailored B2B offerings. This includes creating dedicated corporate packages (e.g., exclusive corporate gift hampers for festivals, office catering menus) and developing a corporate sales catalogue with customized product bundles. Implement special pricing structures such as volume discounts for bulk corporate orders.

  • Pipeline Building & Partnerships: Proactively build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting new corporate leads. Forge strategic partnerships and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with key organizations to secure long-term contracts.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team/agency to increase B2B brand visibility and lead generation. Coordinate promotional activities like product tasting events or showcases for corporate clients’ decision-makers. Engage in public relations efforts by publicizing major corporate client wins or new B2B services in the media and on social platforms

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze trends in the B2B segment. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance reports for senior management. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and meet or exceed the sales targets.

  • Market Insight & Strategy: Stay informed about market developments and competitor offerings in corporate food services. Identify emerging opportunities or threats and refine the B2B sales strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure that sales initiatives align with overall business objectives and profitability goals.
