Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Organize, And monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales Achievement.
∎ Analyze sales performance, sales trends, market environment, and competition and execution strategies.
∎ Drive and lead multiple team of territory Sales Executive and sales Officers for generating Sales In assigned business Areas.
∎ Visit the Distribution Point frequently and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ Frequent field visits & develop Relationships with our Retailers, Distributors, and Sales Officers.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales Targets and implement sales promotional Activities/Trade schemes in the Market effectively.
∎ Prepare product forecasts Based on Sales trends And monthly targets.
∎ Implement and recommend strategies to the management based on analysis of market trends and competitors.
∎ Assist In the Recruitment and Development Of sales Officers and Monitor and motivate them to achieve targets.
