Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales Achievement.
∎ Analyze sales performance, sales trends, market environment, competition, and execution strategies.
∎ Drive and lead multiple teams of territory sales executives and sales officers to generate sales in assigned business areas.
∎ Visit the Distribution Point frequently and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ Frequent field visits & develop relationships with our Retailers, Distributors, and Sales Officers.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales Target and implement sales promotional Activities/Trade schemes in the Market effectively.
∎ Prepare product forecast based on Sales trend and monthly target.
∎ Implement and recommend strategies to the management based on analysis of market trends and competitors.
∎ Assist in the Recruitment and Development Of sales Officers and monitor and motivate them to achieve the target.
