∎ For TSM: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
∎ SSC/HSC pass.
∎ For ASM: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently.
