Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in BBAMBA or Equivalent Major in Accounting Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, maintain and execute all the bank vouchers, other department fund requisition & bills.
∎ Monitor company liability position and execute all bank/party payments timely
∎ Collect Revenue collection position and plan day to day expenses by communicating with management.
∎ Prepare and monitor LC Payments schedule as per documents
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain necessary records with respect to VAT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Entry of all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions with regard to VAT & Tax return, adjustments, refunds etc.
∎ Formulating company policy for VAT as per existing law of the country.
∎ Maintain good relation with Banks to complete the work timely
∎ Entry all kinds of bank voucher, adjustment voucher in ERP/Tally Software
∎ Maintain all accounts books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
