Basic knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram
Good communication skills (Bangla required, English basic)
Honest, well-behaved, and customer-friendly

Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customers at the shop and assist with product selection
Manage Facebook/Instagram page messages and comments
Respond to customer queries politely and promptly
Take orders, confirm orders, and follow up with customers
Update product details, prices, and availability
Maintain sales records and daily reports
Support promotional activities and campaigns
