Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, approach, and secure new clients for Walton’s HVAC products by conducting site visits, meetings, and cold calls.
∎ Travel within the assigned territory to visit potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Serve as a primary contact for customers and act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team when needed.
∎ Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Walton’s HVAC products, features, and installation requirements.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate Walton’s HVAC value propositions.
∎ Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the HVAC market.
∎ Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, market needs, and competitor positioning.
∎ Document all sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates, in the Company’s online system.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
∎ The HVAC Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving HVAC product sales through direct client engagement, identifying new sales opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Field Sales & Client Acquisition:
