Responsibilities & Context:
Review and verify Business-to-Business (B2B) work orders to ensure all terms and conditions are correct before processing.
Accurately enter approved work orders into the Logistics and Purchase Order System (LPOS) in a timely manner.
Maintain and update billing statements, outstanding dues reports, and related documentation for proper record keeping.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing of work orders.
Track the status of work orders and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
Monitor outstanding payments and support compliance with company credit policies, including tracking long overdue accounts.
Prepare and share required reports with supervisors and relevant management when necessary.
