Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Design and execute zone-specific sales plans aligned with current market dynamics.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets through structured planning and execution.
Distributor Management & Recovery
Continuously analyze distributors’ business health, including stock position, financial balances, market dues, and collection efficiency.
Design and implement customized growth strategies for each distributor.
Support underperforming distributors to scale operations and ensure recovery from default accounts.
Closely monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery from defaulting partners.
Ensure all distributors operate in line with company policies and standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
Organize training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and market understanding of the team.
Market Execution & Visibility
Conduct regular market visits to distributor showrooms, warehouses, and retail points.
Ensure proper product display, availability, and brand visibility across the market.
Business Development
Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, business opportunities and drive expansion into untapped markets.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor movements, pricing, and promotional activities to recommend strategies for market share growth.
Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, collections, and market insights.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present quarterly reports on sales performance, collection status, and marketing activities.
Maintain accurate and timely MIS reporting for management review.
