Experience:

• At most 3 years

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

• Mid-level / Entry-level (depending on position)

• At most 3 years

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (preferably in the hardware, tools, or construction supply industry).

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a demonstrated sales track record. 

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs for tools, hardware, supplies, and materials, and providing appropriate product solutions. This role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to ensure business growth in the hardware and tools sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their specific hardware and tool requirements for construction, maintenance, or personal projects.
• Demonstrate and promote hardware products including hand tools, power tools, fasteners, and construction materials, educating customers on product features and proper usage.
• Negotiate and finalize terms of contracts, pricing, and payment details with customers and retail partners.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, address complaints, and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and market share objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Prepare and submit sales reports detailing market conditions, customer feedback, and performance against targets.
• Analyze market potential, track sales trends, and provide forecasts and insights to management.
