∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree is required.
∎ For extra Ordinary candidates, HSC level can be excepted.
∎ Skills Required: Sales Executive, Salesforec
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and prepare demand of the company products.
∎ Visit the targeted customers to build strong relationship to prepare new customers and new market.
∎ Ensure the availability of the products at every corner of the assigned territory.
∎ Ensure targeted sales by creating new users and customers.
∎ Submit everyday sales and marketing report to the seniors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ The candidate will have to have the mind set to work in the out doors.
∎ Extensive travel may require.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary is slightly negotiable for the experienced and extraordinary candidates.
Additionally attractive TA/DA and incentive will be provided separately.
Mobile and Internet allowance will be provided in every month.
Welfare fund and Provident Fund will be provided as per policy.
60% of Gross salary will be provided as bonus in each festival.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
