• At least 1–2 years of sales experience; candidates with experience in chemical products, plastic raw materials, rubber and plastic additives, wax products, masterbatch, hot-melt adhesives, or explosives will be given preference.

• Must be fluent in English; candidates who can also speak fluent Mandarin are preferred.

• Strong communication skills, patience, customer service awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Hard-working, able to travel frequently (mainly within Bangladesh, and possibly to India and Pakistan in the future).

• No specific educational requirements, but candidates with backgrounds in marketing or chemical-related fields are preferred.

• Responsible for developing the Bangladesh local market, focusing on key customers such as candle factories, PVC product manufacturers, masterbatch producers, hot-melt adhesive manufacturers, explosive factories, rubber and plastic industries, and textile industry clients.

• Conduct regular customer visits, understand market trends, and collect market and competitor information.

• Assist the company in formulating sales plans and achieving sales targets.

• Communicate with the Chinese headquarters to coordinate orders and delivery arrangements.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide quality after-sales service

• Participate in local industry exhibitions, collect customer information, and expand the market based on collected leads.

Employee will get sales commission.
