Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making direct sales to valued guest for selling the country's first largest Babuland indoor playground services membership packages through building up a long-term relationship with them.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Maintain relationships and represent the company with clients to ensure the continuation of the business relationship.
∎ Work as part of the larger sales team in order to identify prospects existing with the guest and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female are encouraged to apply.
∎ Willing to work in Branch of Babuland indoor playground.
∎ Good sales, negotiation skill and convincing ability.
∎ Basic Computer Skills including MS Excel, Emails, Reports
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic Salary BDT 8k -16k (Basic 8k + Incentive (% of sales)); Attractive sales incentives based on monthly sales target achievement.
