Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect orders & deliver products to all the retailers of the assigned routes
∎ Build a rapport with the retailers and allied professionals
∎ Maintain daily sales register and update it on a regular basis
∎ Maintain a high standard of Ethical conduct in the discharge of duties.
∎ Prepare in advance, the monthly route plan to maintain the stipulated work and strictly follow the same when approved. Any change if essential should be communicated immediately to the supervisor and make customers call on all outlets in the assigned routes.
∎ Initiate, maintain, and update outlet list of the territory incorporating information like name, address, category, telephone number, and business profile, etc for each outlet and keep records of each visit.
∎ Gather market date, understand industry trends and accumulate in-depth product knowledge
∎ Keep supervisor informed of any field problems/difficulties of business importance and records all complaints, suggestions, etc put forward by the retailers and bring it to the notice of the supervisor.
∎ Inform customers of Trade activities in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good physical fitness
∎ Excellent local knowledge
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Punctuality in duty schedule
∎ Positive attitude with the team
∎ Smart, honest and self-motivated
Salary: Tk. 7700 - 9200 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Selected Employee will get: Bank Account & Debit Card, ID Card, Uniform etc.
