Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline/ MBA in marketing will get preference/A Leave or HSC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distributor & Dealer set up, monitoring & development.
∎ Market Visit following door to door policy.
∎ Achieve sales target to Increase profitability of the organization.
∎ Identify key customers and build good professional relationship with them.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of Sales and Marketing.
∎ Plan to fulfill the target within deadline & do necessary follow up with the territory for effective delivery.
∎ Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet those requirements.
∎ Monitor, analyze and submit marketing and sales reports regularly.
∎ Collect order, ensure delivery & achieve customer satisfaction
∎ Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Market Research, and Corporate Marketing.
∎ Fresher with good academic background and good approach.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing in Automobile Service Companies/ Group of Companies/ Manufacturing (FMCG)/Credit card division in bank/ Insurance Companies,etc.
∎ Ability to work in a team focusing results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced person in the Accessories Manufacturing Industry.
∎ knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
∎ Should be Smart, Flexible, Adaptable in Organizational environment.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
