Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales operations strategies to meet organizational goals.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align sales targets with market opportunities.
∎ Analyze market trends to optimize pricing, sales channels, and promotional activities.
∎ Identify and resolve inefficiencies in sales workflows and processes.
∎ Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the sales lifecycle.
∎ Develop and track sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance.
∎ Prepare regular reports and forecasts to aid in strategic decision-making.
∎ Provide insights into sales data to recommend actionable strategies.
∎ Lead, coach, and mentor the sales support and operations team.
∎ Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.

∎ The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Akij Telecom's sales operations processes to optimize sales performance. This role will ensure the alignment of sales strategies with business objectives, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
