Professional Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in bulk sales and operations, specifically with flour or staple commodity businesses.
Direct field-level experience working with flour mills is mandatory.
Strong network and credibility within the flour industry.
Proven track record in launching and scaling distribution-led businesses.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High resilience and ability to operate in ambiguous, field-driven environments.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
This role is critical to the launch and scaling of our new flour category. The Sales & Operations Lead will be responsible for building the go-to-market strategy, establishing the sales and distribution infrastructure, and managing execution across national and regional markets. The ideal candidate is an industry veteran with deep relationships in the flour milling ecosystem, capable of leading a field-heavy, operations-driven sales function from the ground up.
Lead the nationwide market launch and business development of the Flour category.
Design and execute the route-to-market strategy and end-to-end sales infrastructure.
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
Build and manage strong relationships with key flour mills (e.g., Akij Essentials, City, Bashundhara, Nabil).
Establish distribution partnerships with regional mills (e.g., Padma, Bayejid, Shampa, Ujjol, Tiger, Bhuiyan, Captain, Golden Trading, etc.).
Drive revenue generation and ensure successful product placement and volume sales across target markets.
Monitor and manage operational execution and distribution KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and category marketing for end-to-end alignment.
