Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, MIS or CSE / Statistics from a reputed University.
∎ MBA will be getting additional Preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
∎ Deliver targeted sales activities in line with channel & segment strategies such as promotional lists and sales incentives.
∎ Provide support to the sales team through the management of order processing, stock Allocations.
∎ Customer specific operational requests in line with the account support matrix including order status.
∎ Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
∎ Create monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans, forecast ops KPIs, set goals and provide data-driven, consultative analyses that directly supports quality decision making.
∎ Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
∎ Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
∎ Calculate, Report & Recommend dealer incentives as per volume-based incentive policy that is approved by management.
∎ Compute, Report and Dispatch dealer incentive statement/ customer balance statement as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Market analysis.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lubricants Industries, Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG, Cement, and Group of Companies.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite MS Excel specially (VLOOKUP, Data Validation), word, PPT.
∎ Ability to generate a graphical representation of data & report on short notice with maximum efficiency.
∎ Preferrable work experience / Sound Knowledge in SAP Software.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
