Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets through effective sales planning, forecasting, and market execution.
Monitor distributor performance, product availability, route coverage, and outlet expansion across all assigned territories.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and provide operational insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Supervise sales operations team activities and ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Coordinate inventory management and monitor execution of trade promotions, incentives, and market programs effectively.
