Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquisition of new clients
∎ For B2B sale purpose, you need to visit the client office.
∎ Customer related data collection
∎ Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
∎ Key Account Management.
∎ Experience in Travel, Tours, and Visa formalities.
∎ A revenue driven, target based individual with a "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ The purpose of the role is to promote sales of the Airlines, Travel, Tourism and related lines of business
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
