The purpose of the role is to promote sales of the Airlines, Travel, Tourism and related lines of business

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Acquisition of new clients

• For B2B sale purpose, you need to visit the client office.

• Customer related data collection

• Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.

• Key Account Management.

• Experience in Travel, Tours, and Visa formalities.

• A revenue driven, target based individual with a "Can Do" attitude.

• Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.

• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.

• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats/accommodations.
