- BRAC University,North South University,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
- Education: A minimum LL.B (Honors) degree from a reputable university (preferably from public universities, or private universities such as BRAC University, NSU, EWU, UAP, Eastern, State, Northern, Southeast, IIUC, Premier only or, from English law based institution) either obtained in Bangladesh or abroad or acquired through external studies. Candidates who are called as Barristers-at-law will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
- Experience: 1-3 years and Freshers are encouraged to apply here. Nature of work experience: Knowledge in corporate matters, company law, banking law etc.; Drafting and vetting of corporate and commercial documents; Opinion writing; - Managing and advising clients.
- Skills: the candidates must have:
- Ability to cope with work pressure;
- Analytical acumen capabilities and ability to interpret laws (including Acts, rules, orders, guidelines etc.) under relevant jurisdictions;
- Capacity for meticulous legal research;
- Excellent communication skills etc.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English is essential. Candidates having a good IELTS/TOEFL/PTE will get extra advantage.

Remuneration: Remuneration structure shall depend on the qualification and experience of the individual candidates. The Legal Associate will be expected to work 6 (six) days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM approximately (GMT+06:00)
