Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics
∎ Plan daily/weekly/monthly target by Category
∎ Plan for secondary sales of the distributor
∎ Communicate target and prepare Market Secondary working for Distributor and Daily Monitoring of Business targets
∎ Ensure proper product display in dealers and MBO point as per category
∎ Monitor dealer’s sales staff and train up them regarding sales and service
∎ Check the category wise stock condition in dealer’s point to optimize 4R at dealer point.
∎ Inform and educate dealers regarding new product and ensure the availability of products in dealers stores.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
