Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Relationships with distributors by providing Information support & guidance.
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales and Collection reports.
∎ Achieve short- and long-term sales goal of the company.
∎ Achieve product wise target.
∎ Maintain all kinds of paper works.
∎ Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.
∎ Ensure maximum retail coverage and promote the product.
∎ Create new distributor points negotiation with sales team leader
∎ To follow product wise target vs achievement.
∎ Make daily field visits for sales & Supervision to retain existing business, increase volume & pursue new business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have own motorcycle and having valid driving license.
∎ Experience: At most 03 year(s) agricultural product specially seeds
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales/ Marketing
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
