Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Seed Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales revenue & market share targets for a specified territory.
∎ Planning and preparing budget for monthly, quarterly & annually and implementing accordingly.
∎ Support sale calls, collect remittances from dealers and adjustments.
∎ Always look beyond the customers and keeping record of them.
∎ All kind of reports & documents are preparing, analyzing, submiting and preserving.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction and working out the logistics of delivery, installation and timelines.
∎ Building strong relationship with farmers and provide technical supports based on their requirements.
∎ Ensure the field promotional activities like demonstration plot setup, FD, FM, spot meeting, campaign, miking, RDC.
∎ Manage Farmers grievances like germination complain, technical support, product failure etc.
∎ Searching for potential customers, clients or buyers in order to develop new business.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
