∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors & retailers.
∎ Product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price & features.
∎ Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
∎ Capable to Achieve Sales Target
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitors' activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Gathering market and customer information & SWOT/ROI analysis.
∎ Controlling of distribution, market stock
∎ Ensuring promotional activities accordingly.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Forecast consumer's demand and achieve Sales & Trade target.
∎ Monthly report submission in time.
∎ Maintain Stock daily, weekly, monthly.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill and must be maintain chain of command.
∎ Proper documentation knowledge.

∎ Age 20 to 32 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing in Pharmaceutical Doors , Condom Industry , Imported Food- Olive oil , Honey
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ The incumbents should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Positive mental attitude to work in sales and marketing of Pharmaceuticals OTC Products, Imported Food item etc.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
