Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in the assigned area.
∎ Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Promote and sell agrovet products to dealers, retailers, and farmers.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor market demand, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
∎ Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain accounts receivable.
∎ Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the National Sales Manager.
∎ Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices.
∎ Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
∎ Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
