Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Responsibilities & Context:
Find prospective clients through door-to-door field visits.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
Arrange project visits for clients as per requirement
Collect required documents from customers
Provide regular feedback to superior.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Build a strong relationship with the Client via Phone calling & social network
Have achieve individual Monthly sales target.
To prepare sales forecasting achieving & set performance goals accordingly
To provide weekly, quarterly, Monthly & Annual report to his superior regarding Sales performance.
Excellent Communication Skill proper knowledge of Real estate marketing & Sale, Share Marketing and Commercial Branding.
