We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our Air Freight / Freight Forwarding Sales business in Bangladesh.

Our logistics network supports shipments from Bangladesh to China by air, with onward transportation from China to Europe and other international destinations by Train.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage Air Freight / Cargo Sales from Bangladesh to China and international destinations.

* Develop B2B customers among exporters, manufacturers, factories and freight forwarders.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

* Generate regular cargo volume and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with operations, airlines, GSA and overseas partners regarding rates, space and shipments.

* Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate with customers.

* Monitor market rates, competitors and new business opportunities.

* Lead the sales team and develop effective sales strategies.
