Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving monthly and goal-based targets for products.
∎ Ensuring standard sales calls to dealers/sub-dealers.
∎ Providing daily report to head office and supervisor.
∎ Ensuring implementation of new sales policies and promotional/advertising activities.
∎ Distributing leaflets in educational institutions, markets, religious institutions, corporate houses.
∎ Maintaining nice and clean environment at the outlet.
∎ To verify the solvency of the customer and the legal status of the guarantor before selling credit.
∎ Collecting product related service comments from customers, analyzing customer service issues quickly and especially assisting customer service department for product replacement.
∎ Collecting information about competing companies, dealers and their products, product prices, offers etc. in the market. Being courteous to customers and meeting their needs in terms of service.
