Responsibilities & Context:
1. Achieve sales targets for assigned modern trade outlets through order generation and follow-up.
2. Develop strong working relationships with outlet managers and key retail decision-makers.
3. Monitor and ensure shelf availability, visibility, and adherence to planograms.
4. Implement in-store promotions and activation campaigns and ensure deployment of POS materials.
5. Coordinate with distribution and logistics to maintain stock availability and timely deliveries.
6. Monitor competitor activity and report on pricing, visibility, and promotional moves.
7. Collect and report outlet-level sales data, promotional feedback, and trade insights.
8. Handle outlet-level issues, including stock discrepancies, returns, and merchandising support.
9. Ensure launch support and push initiatives for new and focused products.
10. Maintain brand presence and execution standards in line with ACI Foods' guidelines.
