∎ HSC/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.
∎ Create new retailer as well as expand uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor and manage/handle distributor function such as stock, delivery, market return, credit and take action based on finding.
∎ Analyze the monthly target vs achievement (Brand and SKU wise), distributor stock, credit & overdue report & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Create and develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and submit to the supervisor or line manager timely.
∎ Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ At least 2/3 year(s) in retail sector.
∎ Highly experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.

Salary: Negotiable
