Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Sales Officer who have worked in the outlets of the FMCG sector. Sales officer duties will include appointment of new distributors, hitting annual targets, building relationships with distributor & retailer, expand uncovered outlets/areas and understanding customer trends.
∎ Job Location: Chattragram, Cumilla, Feni, Madaripur, Sirajgonj and Anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target.
∎ Create new client/retailer as well as expand uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor and handle distributor functions and appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Analysis the Monthly Target, Distributor Stock, Credit & Over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
∎ Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience at least 2/3 year(s) in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.
∎ Age limit maximum 25 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
