Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineer - Mechanical/ Bachelor Degree from any govt. institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales and collection target.
∎ Retail outlet coverage on daily, weekly& monthly basis.
∎ Retail outlet Visit, DAILY SALES CALL at least 20 calls in a day.
∎ Dealer management, create new Dealer & make sure dealers credit recovery.
∎ Sales & collection forecast and plan to achieve the target.
∎ Create corporate sales opportunity to meet the target.
∎ Dealer monitoring to reach collection & sales target and ensure to reduce dues.
∎ Order collection & ensure the delivery.
∎ Outlet List, Beat Plan, Route Plan and ensure area coverage and network expansion.
∎ Ensure dealers/ corporate house sales & payment cycle and make sure reduce their dues.
∎ Competitor's pricing, activity uphold on weekly/ monthly basis and report submit.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred experience: Lubricants Oils, Automotive Sector (Two Wheeler/ Three Wheeler/ Passenger Car/ Commercial Vehicle).
∎ Must be interested to work in field at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to handle dealer, better relation create with dealer, stake-holder & customers.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure to meet the target.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Candidate those are having knowledge in Computer Operating will be an added advantage.
