∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-field oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Maintain statistics and indicators in order to monitor performance, risk assessment, workload management and communicate to relevant parties.
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Incharge.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and revenue forecasts.
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Forecast monthly sales revenue.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should have skill in business communication
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure
∎ Should be good in written & spoken English

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
