Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics: Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets.
∎ Explore & Onboard new Franchisee as per target.
∎ Visit Franchisee Stores as per plan.
∎ Coordinate with concerned for offer/Marketing for catchment communication & Visual Merchandise for Instore visibility.
∎ Work with Franchisee for store’s sales revenue & profitability enhancements as per plan.
∎ Ensure stock availability by category-wise & store wise and coordinate with product management team.
∎ Daily Monitoring of Business targets.
∎ Formulate Instore Promotions.
∎ Monthly Training Calendar for Franchisee Floor Staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
