∎ Experience: Minimum of 02 years in a similar sales role (Footwear or Fashion Accessories Industry) will be an added advantage.
∎ However, promising freshers with a strong passion for sales and career development are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
∎ Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Familiarity with market trends in footwear and fashion accessories is a plus.
∎ Industry: Footwear and Fashion Accessories (LOTTO/BABOR /BATA/APEX) Experienced will be more preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, dealers, and franchises.
∎ Promote and sell footwear and fashion accessories to potential clients.
∎ Meet periodic sales targets and contribute to business growth.
∎ Introduce and establish RUN Leather and Fashion Products as a preferred business partner.
∎ Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to effectively position products.
∎ Monitor sales performance and report regularly on sales progress and opportunities.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
∎ Work independently and take ownership of sales territories.
