As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Sales & Channel Development to build and lead a nationwide network of sales channels and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Manager - Sales & Channel Development to oversee the development and management of our sales channels across Bangladesh.

The incumbent will lead a sales team, build relationships with dealers, retailers, franchises, and distribution centers, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

This is a specialized role for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of building a sales network from the ground up and leading the charge to establish RUN Leather and Fashion Products as a sustainable and preferred brand.

  • Channel Development: Build and expand a nationwide network of dealers, retailers, franchises, and distribution centers to drive sales and establish RUN Leather and Fashion as a recognized brand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales KPIs.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by developing effective strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing channel performance to achieve periodic revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sales network, including dealers, retailers, and franchise partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to guide channel development, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess channel performance and take corrective action as needed.
  • Brand Establishment: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales efforts align with brand goals and promote RUN Leather and Fashion as a preferred choice in the market.

Location: HQ based but require significant travelling
