Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C/Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to materialize the sale of used/confiscated/returned vehicle as per monthly target fixed by the supervisor
∎ Assist supervisor in developing and implementing rules, policy and procedures related to Used Vehicle Sales
∎ Communicate with vehicle owners, drivers and influence them to purchase used vehicle.
∎ Pursue interested customer to visit and see used MC at Dhaka base coco
∎ Fix up price by discussion to visit and see used MC at Dhaka base coco
∎ Keep the record of present condition of MC
∎ Inform the Dealers, their staffs and agents about Used MC.
∎ Explore the opportunities for appointing new agents in prospective area.
∎ Produce and submit monthly sales statement tour program and reports etc. to supervisor.
∎ Monitor to see whether the dealers and agent are encountering any kinds of difficulties and take necessary measures to solve these difficulties.
∎ Ensure to do the needful and implement the same to keep up the interest of the organization.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of Sales documents, BRTA documents etc. and look after the problem if arises.
∎ Suggest supervisor on relevant section as and when required.
∎ Ensure that all documents and files are maintained in a standard formats.
∎ Arrange substitute to work in absence of subordinates.
∎ Arrange Mela, Customer meet program and another Promotional activity in prospective area.
∎ Distribution Leaflet, PVC Banner, Sticker, Gift hamper among the Workshop, Mechanic and Various important area.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
