Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll.
∎ This position is for Male & Female (Experienced) candidates.
∎ We are looking for young, energetic and target oriented, self-motivated, and proactive person for the post of sales and marketing officer, who has experience in corporate sector for meaningful contribution in our bank to reach the organization’s goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit individuals and corporate customer to promote and sell Deposit, liabilities’ product / Cards only.
∎ Achieve Individual sales target of card/deposit product as set by management.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer.
∎ Ensure excellent Customer Service after sales.
∎ Strategic planning for hunting new business.
∎ Preparing short and long term sales forecasts for marketing plan.
∎ Arrange business meeting with prospective clients, & collect necessary all documents.
∎ Achieve financial objectives and sales targets of assigned portfolio.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with our customers.
∎ Able to analyze of competitors according to Identify new market opportunities.
∎ Hard working, sincere and energetic for card sales, Bank Deposits, and liability products.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify prospective customers from target market.
∎ Prepare relevant report and present to Senior Management.
∎ Able to face challenge and achieve target.
∎ Achieve weekly, Monthly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA/ Masters degree in any discipline (No 3rd Division/class or equivalent GPS/CGPA in academic records will not be accepted
∎ Age 20 to 30 years with 2-3 years experience in card marketing or corporate sales of any reputed organization.
∎ Both Males & Female are allowed to apply.
∎ Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs.
∎ Ability to learn about product and service and explain them to customer.
∎ Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
∎ Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Educational qualification will be consider for highly experience candidates in this track.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
